Billing and refunds
Include the email address you sign in with and the order number from your Paddle receipt. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so you can also get help with any order at paddle.net. See the refund policy for the 14-day refund and how to cancel. Never send card details by email.
Your account and privacy
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email us from the address you sign in with. The privacy policy explains what we keep.
Product help and feedback
Tell us which template or export you were using and what you expected to happen; a screenshot helps. Your designs are private to your account, so attach a project file only if you are happy to share it.
