Refund policy
Not happy with your first payment? Ask within 14 days and we refund it in full.
Last updated 20 October 2026
14-day refund on your first payment
If DielineMaker is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, with the order number from your Paddle receipt, and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. A refunded subscription is cancelled, and from then on the Free plan’s limits apply again.
Renewals and later requests
For renewal payments, or requests more than 14 days after your first payment, email us and explain what happened; we look at each case individually. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.
How refunds are paid
Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, processes every refund to the payment method you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. You can also ask Paddle directly about any order at paddle.net or through the link in your receipt.
How to cancel
Cancel at any time from your account page: sign in, choose Manage billing and cancel in Paddle’s customer portal. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt, or email us. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period, so if you are within 14 days of your first payment, ask for the refund as well.
Upgrades
When you upgrade (Lite to Pro, or Pro monthly to yearly), the charge for the change appears on your Paddle receipt; email us with any question about it.
