Relaxed flutter-sleeve blouse decoration template
A crew-neck blouse whose short sleeves flare out from the shoulder into rippled flutter sleeves with open ends. The front and back artwork stay on the body. Optional left/right upper-arm artwork edits independently on both front and rear sleeve faces. Exported pieces are artwork presentation references; confirm production limits with the garment supplier. Sewing and grading patterns are separate.
