Your first free download is available immediately. After a file starts downloading, wait 8 hours for your next free download. The limit is shared by your Google account across the editor, 3D renders, barcodes, QR codes and sample mockups on every device. Cancelling a dialog or a failed render does not use your allowance. Project backups are unrestricted. Dieline and print files are part of Pro and Business. All paid plans have unlimited downloads.

Pro is billed per seat, from 1 to 10 seats, and one seat is Pro for one person. Every Pro plan comes with a team workspace: add seats for teammates, or invite free viewers. Invite people by email address, one or several at once. We email each invitation, show it in the teammate’s account and give you a secure link to share directly. Each teammate signs in with their own account and gets Pro exports while the subscription is active. The owner manages the subscription and seats, admins invite and remove members and viewers, and members use the plan. A workspace can also have up to 50 free viewers: they take no seat, can open shared snapshots and export on their own plan. Only the owner can make or remove admins. One subscription and one invoice cover the team, and the owner can add or remove seats at any time from their account; Paddle prorates the change. Members can share up to 20 project snapshots per workspace, up to 20 MB each, and open them as local copies; edits are shared only when you publish a new snapshot. For more than 10 seats, choose Business.

Business includes every Pro feature and is billed per seat, from 3 to 100 seats. The owner or an admin can set up single sign-on (SSO) with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect. It works with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Auth0 and other SAML or OpenID Connect providers. Add your email domain and verify it with a DNS TXT record, then turn on Require SSO so members on your verified domains must sign in through your provider. The owner always keeps Google sign-in as a way back in. You can also let new people on a verified domain join automatically when they sign in with SSO, while seats are free. An audit log records changes to members, invitations, roles, seats, domains and SSO. Roles are the same as on Pro, and admins can also manage domains and SSO and read the audit log. Exports are the same as on Pro.

No. Single sign-on is included in Business at the per-seat price, with no add-on fee. Setup is self-serve: the owner or an admin does it from the account page. If you need more than 100 seats, invoicing or SCIM, email [email protected].

It is the DielineMaker logo with dielinemaker.com. On Free, mockups, renders, videos, spec sheets and client proofs carry a small chip in the centre. Dielines and print files are part of Pro, which exports them clean; if you choose to keep the mark, PDFs carry a one-line credit outside the trim and SVG and DXF dielines the logo outside the die lines.

Lite clears the watermark from presentation files (mockups, scene stills, batch renders, videos, spec sheets, and the proof sheet and 3D views of a client proof) and adds 3D model export as GLB and USDZ. Pro adds production files, all without the watermark: dieline PDF, Illustrator, SVG, DXF and CF2, print-ready PDFs, print-ready artwork pages in client proofs, press sheets, the printer bundle with XJDF and JDF job tickets, and SVG export with the artwork embedded. Free and Lite do not download dieline or print files.

Sign in with the account you subscribed with or joined your team with: Google or, on Business, single sign-on. Then switch the watermark off when you export: on Lite for presentation files, on Pro and Business for every file. It stays on until you do, so you can still mark drafts on a paid plan.

Yes. Sign in with Google to use the editor, 3D studio and core tools. Business teams can also set up single sign-on for their members. The free plan includes watermarked mockup, render and video downloads, and your paid plan follows your account to any browser where you sign in.

Yes. What you design is yours on every plan, including for commercial work. Free mockups, renders and videos carry the watermark, free accounts get one download every 8 hours, and dieline and print files need Pro.

Any time, from your account page: Manage billing opens Paddle’s customer portal, where you can cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; after that, the Free plan’s limits apply again.

Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle runs the checkout, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies and sends your receipts. We never see or store your card details.

Yes. Upgrade to a higher tier or switch any paid plan from monthly to yearly on this page or on your account page. The change applies to your current subscription straight away, and Paddle charges the prorated difference to your saved payment method at once. On Pro and Business, the owner can also add or remove seats at any time from their account; Paddle prorates those changes too. To move to a lower tier, cancel in the billing portal and choose the new plan when the current period ends. If you bought Business at the earlier flat price for 3 members, you keep that price until you change seats or switch between monthly and yearly.

Your device is the first home of every edit: the editor saves to your browser’s own storage. When you are signed in, your projects, the artwork they use and the files you export are also saved privately to your cloud library (My projects, on Cloudflare R2 storage) so you can open them on any device; delete them there at any time. A team snapshot is uploaded only when you choose to share one, for active workspace members to open. Your account also stores your Google or single sign-on profile, plan and team membership.
