A mailer, hinged-lid tray, tuck-end carton or cake box with a carry handle struck from the middle of its lid: a retained loop (or a facing pair) that lifts out of the lid board, or a plain hand hole. A ready-sized preset of the carton with lid-struck carry handle — change the length, width and height and every panel, tuck and glue flap is redrawn to match.
