Fashion & footwear
Fashion and footwear packaging guide
Measure the folded garment or complete shoe pair as it will be packed, including tissue and accessories. Keep the shipping pack, retail bag, swing tag and garment decoration as separate deliverables so each supplier receives the right artwork and dimensions.

- Measure the folded product in the largest size the pack must accommodate.
- Include tissue, hangers or other packing components in the fit check.
- Confirm tag holes, ties, return handling and the final barcode placement.

Materials and supplier checks
Choose stock supported by the bag, carton or tag template. Use the actual supplier caliper and any handle or closure specification. Garment colour and texture in a mockup are presentation references, not fabric or construction specifications.
Have the brand approve sizing, care, origin and product information for the intended item and market. Check bag handles, packed fit and return handling on a physical sample; garment decoration templates do not supply sewing patterns.
Choose the tool for the job
Match the next task to its workflow before choosing a template or buying a plan.
| Your task | Start here | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Size a mailer or shoe box | Box size calculator | Use the packed product, including tissue and accessories, to define the inside space. |
| Coordinate package and garment art | 3D mockup studio | Review related printed pieces and supplied-object decoration together. |
| Prepare size and colour variants | SKU batch workflow | Maintain the correct artwork and product information for every SKU. |
Check current plans and export access before purchasing. Production suitability and supplier approval remain separate from the visual proof.

Common questions
Are apparel mockups sewing or fabric-cutting patterns?
No. They show decoration placement on a supplied garment. Sewing, grading, fabric-cutting patterns and manufacturing tolerances come from the garment supplier.
Can one box size cover a whole clothing range?
Check the packed dimensions of each intended size and product combination. Use a physical sample to confirm fit, excess movement and the unboxing arrangement before choosing a shared size.
