Gift and luxury packaging guide
Define the reveal before choosing the box: how the lid opens, where each item sits and what the recipient sees first. Then resolve the practical parts—insert depth, finger access, lid clearance and protection during delivery.

- Lay out the complete gift set, including cards and accessories.
- Measure insert cavities and leave room to lift each item out.
- Ask the supplier how the selected rigid box or folding carton is assembled and wrapped.

The catalog currently includes 1,195 matching templates and named sizes. The groups below are useful starting points; coordinated brand sets are counted separately.

A supplied product model provides artwork areas. A packaging structure provides the corresponding dieline. Check the individual template page before preparing a production handoff.
Materials and supplier checks
Rigid greyboard, folding board and printed wrap are different components. Use the allowed stock for each structure and confirm its measured thickness. Specify foil, embossing and white ink as separate production requirements rather than relying on the material preview.
Approve a fitted physical sample and finish proofs with the converter. A premium appearance does not establish transit protection, recyclability or a material certification.
Choose the tool for the job
Match the next task to its workflow before choosing a template or buying a plan.
| Your task | Start here | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Compare the opening and presentation | 3D mockup studio | Review the arrangement and artwork before ordering a fitted sample. |
| Plan printed finishes | Materials and finishes workflow | Separate the visual finish from the printer’s required artwork layers. |
| Fit the gift plus its insert | Box size calculator | Account for the full assembly when setting the inside box size. |
Check current plans and export access before purchasing. Production suitability and supplier approval remain separate from the visual proof.

Common questions
Can a rigid gift box be used as the shipping pack?
Assess that separately. The presentation box, insert and any outer shipper form the delivery system. Test the complete loaded pack rather than judging protection from the presentation render.
Will a gold material preview create a foil plate?
No. A rendered colour or metallic appearance is a visual reference. Prepare and name the finish artwork as the printer requests, then approve the production proof.
